Very deep ruby red color with garnet highlights. Rich and complex bouquet with outstanding concentration and density; scents of red berries and forest fruits are particularly evident, with a background of minty spices, vanilla and licorice. Generous flavor with excellent body and remarkable structure, a perfect combination of the characteristics of the grape and the contribution of wood, resulting in refined smoothness and class, with a very long aromatic persistence.

It showcases rich aromas of red cherries, leather, tobacco, and earthy notes, balanced by firm tannins and lively acidity. With an ABV of 14%, it offers a long, elegant finish and is ideal for pairing with hearty Italian dishes or for aging further in the bottle.

This wine is a single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon which exhibits classic Cabernet Sauvignon flavours of cassis, red fruits and cedar notes woven together with supple tannins and the taut structure which is the hallmark of its origin, the high altitude Remolinos Vineyard.
