G.D. VAJRA DOLCETTO D’ALBA 2020

Inky purple in color, this wine reveals intense aromas of blackberry and spices. The palate is robust, showcasing flavors of black plum and cocoa, culminating in a long, velvety finish.

Barbera  d'Asti Bricco della Bigotta di Braida is produced in Rocchetta Tanaro, in a vineyard called “La bigotta”, the nickname of the old lady who lived nearby. In this Barbera, Giacomo Bologna has also been able to express all his mastery and modern interpretation of this great grape variety.

Intense ruby in color, with a bouquet of red fruit. The palate is harmonious, featuring red currant flavors and subtle hints of cedar.

This wine is a single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon which exhibits classic Cabernet Sauvignon flavours of cassis, red fruits and cedar notes woven together with supple tannins and the taut structure which is the hallmark of its origin, the high altitude Remolinos Vineyard.
